Glacier National Park, Montana | July 7-11, 2027Wild & Free:
Yoga & Hiking Retreat
Trade the everyday for mountain air, alpine lakes, and wide-open spaces.
Join us for a 5-day, 4-night yoga and hiking retreat in the heart of Montana’s wild beauty. We’ll make ourselves at home in a beautiful lakefront chalet on Swan Lake, surrounded by mountain views, fresh air, and plenty of room to slow down, explore, and reconnect.
We’ll spend our days hiking some of Montana’s most breathtaking trails, exploring Glacier National Park, swimming in crystal-clear alpine waters, and practicing yoga surrounded by nature. From the iconic Highline Trail to the peaceful shores of Swan Lake, this is your chance to experience the kind of adventure that makes you feel small in the best possible way.
Back at the house, we’ll trade hiking boots for swimsuits, soak in the hot tub, paddle around the lake, share delicious meals, and enjoy slow evenings with new friends. Think coffee on the deck, post-hike lake dips, mountain sunsets, and the kind of conversations that happen when you finally have nowhere else to be.
This retreat is about getting outside, moving your body, trying something new, and giving yourself the space to experience somewhere incredible — without needing to plan a single thing.
Hike the mountains. Swim in alpine lakes. Stretch under open skies. Soak in the hot tub. Watch the sunset over the water. Make memories with people who feel like old friends. Get a little wild. Feel a little more free.

What Our Guests Say:
Meet Your Host
Hi, I’m Christa — founder of Mountain & Sun Yoga Retreats.
I started Mountain & Sun from my love of travel, yoga, wellness, and the transformation both have brought into my life. Yoga is medicine — but so is community, adventure, culture, and slowing down in nature.
These retreats are about seeing the world alongside like-minded people while providing you a container for self-connection, growth, and reflection. A safe space to explore, play, and gently step outside your comfort zone. Each destination is chosen with intention — offering beautiful settings to practice, quiet moments to reflect, and shared experiences that turn strangers into friends.
No cliques. No pressure. Just real connection and space to slow down and breathe.
I can’t wait to explore with you.
