Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer the following cancellation policy:

More than 30 days before the retreat:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat are eligible for a refund of all payments except the $500 non-refundable deposit. Your $500 deposit may be transferred toward a future Mountain & Sun retreat.

Within 30 days of the retreat:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable. However, your $500 deposit may still be transferred toward a future Mountain & Sun retreat.

Because retreat accommodations, activities, transportation, and other arrangements are booked in advance and require us to make non-refundable commitments, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself against unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip. Travel insurance may help cover eligible cancellation costs, medical expenses, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen expenses depending on the policy you choose.

We recommend Generali Global Assistance as one option for travel insurance.
