This Fall Equinox, join us as we step back into the sacred landscape of Sedona.

As the light and dark return to balance, we’re invited to do the same — to pause, recalibrate, and realign with who we’re becoming. Sedona’s red rocks hold a grounded, magnetic energy that naturally draws you inward while expanding you outward. It’s a place that doesn’t just inspire growth — it catalyzes it.

Over five days and four nights, you’ll move, breathe, hike, reflect, and rest beneath vast desert skies. We’ll practice daily yoga and sound healing designed to open the heart and steady the nervous system. We’ll walk among ancient red rock formations, sit in stillness, share nourishing meals, and stargaze in the quiet of the high desert.

Devil’s Bridge Hike

Start the day with a nourishing breakfast, a hike filled with red rock reviews and vortex energy, and then enjoy some grounding afternoon yoga followed by dinner and stargazing sound healing and nidra.

Day Three

Fall Equinox

We spend the day honoring the balance between light and dark by spending time in movement, meditation, and taking a group visit to Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. This day has ample free time to explore on your own, dip in the pool or hot tub, or relax at the center.

Boynton Canyon Trail

We start the day with breakfast and head out on another group adventure making our way to Boynton Canyon Trail, another vortex hike with red rock reviews. We finish the day with movement, dinner, and connection.
